Am I required to begin at level 1? No, you are not required to start your WSET journey at level 1. We recommend that those with years of wine industry experience begin at level 2 or 3. Level 1 is meant for candidates who are beginning their wine journey. The only prerequisite for the Wine and Spirits Education Trust is that all candidates who plan to take the Diploma course of study pass Level 3.

I have completed my course and exam, when can I expect to receive results, certificate and pin? Level 1-2: Approximately eight weeks after the exam
Level 3: Approximately 10 weeks after the exam
Remote Invigilation: Up to eight weeks
Certificates and pins will follow by post once we receive these from the WSET awarding body, which is generally around six weeks after your results.
