you might take:

Innovative Leadership & Design Thinking

Build management and leadership capabilities. Explore personal and organizational aspects of leadership and management. Examine theoretical perspectives and pathways for innovation. Study key tools for managing risks and challenges while building collaboration. (BNSS 500)

Designing & Developing High Impact Teams

Develop skills in team assessment, team development, team leadership, team coaching, facilitation of diverse teams, and project management skills. Learn to enhance the collective experience of teams to achieve greater levels of performance, productivity, flexibility and innovation. (BNSS 501)

Sport Leadership

Principles of leadership and management within the sports industry. Foundations of sport management and leadership, along with the functions of planning, organizing, leading, and controlling (or directing) as applied to a sports enterprise. (BNSL 530)

International Capstone Project

Gain real skills by doing real experience. Instead of a typical written thesis, the M.S. program ends with a capstone that applies your knowledge and expertise on a global scale. Consult directly with an international organization to solve one of its real-world problems, and then spend seven days at the international location to present your recommendations. Airfare is included in the cost of the program.

We are pleased to introduce our 2022-23 Master of Science in business cohort! Now in its second year, this one-year program offers three tracks – design innovation, sport leadership and wine business leadership. It is designed for anyone ready to pursue roles in leadership.

The carefully crafted Master of Science in business is a one-year program with two tracks - design innovation and sport leadership - designed for anyone wanting to pursue roles in leadership, regardless of undergraduate studies. We are pleased to introduce our first cohort of students!
