One Wild Day is an annual inspirational day of giving. Since 2016, alumni, faculty, staff, parents, friends and students have come together and gone WILD with gifts of support. The goal is to raise critical funding and engage the Linfield community to advance the mission of the university.

If you don't find a desired fund via the search option or listed in the drop-down bar, select “Other”. By selecting this option, an open field displays during the gift process which allows you to enter a description of where you'd like to donate. 

Absolutely. Giving Day utilizes a technology that is PCI Level 1-compliant. Credit card information will not be stored. The contact information you provide to the Linfield University will remain private and secure.

There is no minimum gift amount required to participate in giving day!  Gifts, no matter what size, will have a lasting impact on our campuses!

Gifts to support Linfield University are tax-deductible. After making a gift, you will receive an email confirmation that will serve as your receipt for tax purposes. Please consult your tax adviser if you have questions.

Gifts sent by mail can count toward the goal. If you prefer to send a gift by mail, please make a note on it designating that it count toward "Giving Day" and send it to:

Yes! You can always make a gift during business hours; if you’d like your gift to count toward the Giving Day totals, please call 503-883-2428 on Wednesday, May 9 or Thursday, May 9 between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.

Start by selecting the first fund that you would like to support. Once selected, enter a gift amount, and use the search bar to find a second fund. Then enter the amount you wish to allocate to that fund and click Next or continue adding funds.

Make your gift by clicking on the Give Now button above. Gifts can also be made over the phone or mailed to ‘Linfield University Advancement, 900 SE Baker St, McMinnville, OR 97128’.

On Giving Day, all donors have the option to hide their donor details. This prevents the donor’s name and gift amount from being displayed on certain pages of the Giving Day site. Your donor information will be added to the Linfield University fundraising database and have all the protections associated with the Linfield University privacy policy.
