Meet Angie Gomez Horta

Angie Gomez Horta

Angie is a senior at Linfield from Ketchikan, Alaska. She’s double majoring in psychology and English literature. A fun fact is that she was once kayaking at home and a humpback whale came up near her! Angie joined The Peer Body Project at Linfield because she has been impacted by the appearance ideal, and has seen people she loves damaged in many ways because of it. She wants to push against this ideal and educate others.

Creating change begins with conversations, this is exactly what we’re doing!
