Sarah McGowan Guest Lecturer

Sarah is passionate about unlocking human potential and transforming organizations from the inside out. For over 25 years, she has partnered with leaders to build thriving cultures and develop people who create value as they grow. As a Strategic HR Consultant and co-founder of The Talent Project, she loves working with emerging and established organizations to create meaningful talent and inclusive leadership strategies. During her time as Senior Vice President at Ahold Delhaize, she led global talent initiatives for 400,000+ associates across 19 brands, reinforcing the power of connecting people to purpose at scale. Sarah is energized by shaping the next generation of HR Leaders and serves as an Adjunct Professor at University of Denver, teaching strategic and global HR courses at the graduate level. Sarah is currently pursuing her PhD in Executive Leadership at Clemson University, building on her MBA from Boston College, and Masters of Human Resources from Michigan State University. Sarah resides outside of Boston, MA with her husband, four children, and three dogs.
