Academic interests:
My primary research interests have involved individuals and their relationships with organizations, with a particular emphasis on organizational justice. Three additional areas which I am interested in exploring are decision-making in the context of high-level personnel selection, worker reintegration after incarceration and sustainability as it relates to corporate values and mission.
