Associate Professor of Design & Innovation, Adjunct Assistant Professor of Medicine, Director of the Regulatory Knowledge Core, and Associate Director of Academic Affairs at Case Western Reserve University. Dr. Cola teaches research methods, leadership, team development, and research dissemination.

Dr. Cola is a research manager and practitioner-scholar with over 25 years of experience. Prior to joining the faculty full-time at Case, Dr. Cola was Vice President for Research and Technology Management at University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center for 21 years where he oversaw the Institutional Review Board, clinical research compliance, grants administration, research finance, and clinical research education and training.
