Natalie Sieg Adjunct Professor


Natalie’s teaching passions include fostering student-centered learning environments and guiding students in critical thinking. Over her 20-year career, she has taught  American History, American Government, IB Psychology, and AP Government, including 18 years at Claremont High School, where she also served as an IB Diploma Program Coordinator. Currently teaching at McMinnville High School, Natalie integrates Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) practices and equitable instructional strategies to support diverse learners. Outside the classroom, she enjoys hiking, baking, and spending time with her family.
