Frida Endinjok Assistant Professor

Frida Endinjok recently earned her Public Health PhD at Oregon State University. She has a bachelor’s in nutrition and dietetics, which fuels her passion for sustainable food systems. She has a Master of Public Health focusing on community health education. With more than eight years of experience in the nutrition public health field, her research ranges from health intervention planning and evaluation to improving nutrition habits, agroecology, and psychosocial factors such as stigma and emotional eating, which influence food choices.
