Flexible meeting spaces can be adjusted to meet the needs of groups from ten to 100. Standard amenities include adjusting seating configurations, adjustable lighting, air conditioning, onsite technical support for audio-visual needs, flip chart easel with pad and markers, and free WiFi access.

Ice Auditorium

Ice Auditorium

Located in Linfield's Melrose Hall, Richard and Lucille Ice Auditorium is used for major lectures, keynote speakers, concerts, campus award ceremonies and community events. Features include balcony seating, 396 tablet arms seats, Steinway concert grand piano and Alice Clement Memorial Organ.

Delkin Recital Hall

Delkin Recital Hall

The acoustically flexible Delkin Recital Hall is located in our Vivian A. Bull Music Center (VBMC) with two grand pianos, table arm seating for 98, a band rehearsal hall, computer, projector and screen, adjustable lighting and air conditioning.

Overnight Accommodations

Linfield University has 16 residence halls and five apartment buildings on the McMinnville campus. They offer a wide variety of living arrangements to accommodate between 20-100 guests.


Our residence halls have laundry facilities and lounge spaces while their rooms have a twin bed, dresser, desk and chair for guests. The apartments have their own kitchen and restroom with a twin bed in each bedroom.
