Specialized courses Sport Leadership: Principles of leadership and management as a basis for understanding the development and governance of the sports industry as well as for addressing contemporary problems and issues. (BNSL 530)
Sport Sales and Marketing: Explore the unique aspects of sales and marketing in a sports environment including promotion, sponsorship and consumer behavior in the sport industry. (BNSL 531)
Sport Law: Examination of contract law, antitrust, labor relations, intellectual property, constitutional law, tort law, equity (including Title IX) and other areas of law through the lens of sport. (BNSL 532)
Sport Analytics: Interpret sport data through analytical procedures. Examine the tools and methods used in sport data acquisition, processing, analysis, visualization and implementation. (BNSL 533)

Intensive workshops The program offers four intensive and interactive workshops where you will apply the information you're learning in the classroom. Potential sport-specific workshops offered may include:

- Sports and Human Rights
- Branding Beyond the Field: Navigating the NIL Landscape

International capstone project Gain real skills by doing real experience. Instead of a typical written thesis, the M.S. program ends with a capstone that applies your knowledge and expertise on a global scale. Consult directly with an international organization to solve one of its real-world problems, and then spend seven days at the international location to present your recommendations. Airfare is included in the cost of the program.
